Quinn fell in love with helping clients feel better through stretch therapy and decided to commit to going to massage school in 2024 so she could offer a more comprehensive approach when doing manual therapy.

Abriana is the owner and founder of TBR Wellness & Rehab, created with the intention of building a space where both clients and practitioners can thrive - clinically, professionally, and personally.
She graduated as a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2016 and shortly after became certified in Personal Training. Since then, Abriana has spent years studying and mentoring under a wide range of professionals, including chiropractors, massage therapists, personal trainers, and movement specialists, shaping a deeply integrative and nervous-system-informed approach to care.
Abriana is a Level 3 Neurokinetic Therapy® (NKT) practitioner, as well as a mobility and corrective exercise specialist. She teaches manual muscle testing, leads NKT study groups, and regularly serves as a teaching assistant for all levels of NKT education.
Her continuing education includes advanced coursework in the pelvic floor and diaphragmatic breathing relationship, jaw/TMJD and core relationships, and movement subsystems, among others.
Abriana remains committed to ongoing mentorships and masterclasses to continually refine her understanding of human movement, compensation patterns, and the body’s adaptive capacity.
Her work focuses on identifying the faulty movement patterns behind pain and dysfunction, helping clients build resilience, restore efficient movement, and create long-term change through an individualized, systems-based approach.

Annalee graduated in 2019 with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology with an Associates as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
Annalee spent several years working in other clinics and helping client through their movement dysfunctions. In 2024, Annalee decided to go to massage school as a way to supplement her profession.
